SIGN - Advertising Signs |
Supports DOTD in maintaining a statewide inventory of and issuing permits for advertising signs. A new system, currently scheduled to go live in Q4 FY2017, will replace this system in its entirety. |
In-Progress |
2 - Medium Impact |
The system brings in approximately $500,000 annually. If the system failed, permitting would continue but slow down due to manual processes which in turn would reduce revenue. |
A failure of SIGN would require manual permitting, which will increase delays in business’ getting their advertising sign permits. |
